      By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted the following policy.

      We only deal with product issues within 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a exchange or refund.

      If the product was damaged by delivery,you need to open it up and send us the proof right away, then contact us for exchange or refund in 3 days.

      We only accept returns on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g., wrong item or damaged item), We’ll process a exchange or refund.Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.

      We do not accept returns caused by you.Please confirm details of the selected item(s) before purchasing( e.g., size, color, and style ).If you have to return the product,you’ll be responsible for the shipping fees and you can get a 50% refund.

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
      We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Cancel Order

      Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after the order is delivered, following our standard return policy.
